Because these products may be digitally delivered and access may be provided immediately after purchase, **payments for digital products, licenses, and software access are generally non-refundable once delivery, activation, or access has been provided**, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Aone Algo.

Aone Algo does not guarantee profits, returns, or specific trading results.
Algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk, and past performance, backtesting results, simulations, or demonstrations do not guarantee future results.
Trading losses are not considered a product defect and do not qualify for a refund solely because a customer experienced a loss.
Customers are responsible for evaluating the risks associated with trading before purchasing or using any Aone Algo product or service.
## 7. Subscription Cancellation
Where Aone Algo offers subscription-based services, customers may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation of a subscription will generally prevent future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Any refund required by applicable law will be handled accordingly.

* Protection from trading losses
